Patek Philippe Annual Calendar Ref. 5396T for Children Action Charity Auction

Patek Philippe just announced their contribution to the Children Action Charity Auction in Geneva and the timepiece is astonishing. For this auction Patek did not build a completely new timepiece, but just used one of their most famous movements, the calibre 324 S QA LU 24H which is an automatic annual calendar movement. This movement was introduced in 1996 and features an annual calendar, central hours, minutes and seconds, as well a date, day, month, moonphase and 24hour indicator.
However the new and most interesting, especially for collectors, feature of this timepiece is its case, which in this case, pun intended, is made from titanium.
This is special as Patek makes only very few titanium watches, especially when they also boost such a complication.

The watch however is not sold by Patek at a cetain price, but it is given to the Children Action Charity Auction where it will sold to raise money for children in need of healthcare, socialcare etc.
In my opinion this is a great cause to contribute such a timepiece and I am sure that the 5396T will be the timepiece sold for highest price raising a lot of money to help a lot of children.
